Rates do not include 7% Maine Lodging Tax

NO SMOKING!

• Camden Cottage is a non-smoking property. Non-compliance with this policy will result in a substantial cleaning fee that will be deducted from the security deposit.

Deposits Required:

• 50% of the rental amount is due (check or money order) when the reservation is made, along with a signed lease.

• The balance of the rental amount and a $1000.00 security deposit is due 30 days prior to the reservation date. (check or money order)

Security Deposit:

• At the conclusion of the rental period, an inspection of the property will be made. If the renter has caused any unreasonable damage or if excessive cleaning is required for the premises, the cost of such damage, loss and repairs will be deducted from the security deposit. The remaining deposit will be returned within 30 days.
  

• If all is in good order at the time of the inspection, the return of the full security deposit will be mailed immediately.

Cancellations:

• If you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit is refundable only if the property is re-rented for the same time period and for the same rate - less a $100 processing fee. If a reduction in the rental rate is required to re-rent the property, the difference will be deducted from the deposit returned.
